Wellness & SPA Facility House Rules
1. General Provisions
1.1. The wellness and adventure spa facilities of Termál Hotel Vesta
(hereinafter referred to as the “Facility”) may only be used in
compliance with these House Rules.
1.2. By purchasing an admission ticket, guests acknowledge and accept
these House Rules as binding upon themselves.
1.3. Guests who do not accept or who violate these rules may be denied
service by Facility staff and, where justified, may be removed from the
Facility premises.
2. Opening Hours
2.1. The Facility is open to hotel guests from 09:00 to 21:00.
2.2. External visitors may use the wellness area, pools, and saunas
between 11:00 and 21:00.
2.3. Any temporary changes to opening hours will be displayed on the
information board at reception.
3. Admission and Wristbands
3.1. The current admission fee schedule is available at reception and on
the Termál Hotel Vesta website.
3.2. Upon purchasing an admission ticket, guests receive a coloured
wristband entitling them to use the Facility.
3.3. The wristband must be retained until departure and worn visibly on
the wrist at all times.
3.4. Locker keys may be requested at reception against a HUF 1,000
deposit.
3.5. Discounted tickets and passes are available upon presentation of a
valid document proving eligibility (e.g. student or pensioner ID).
3.6. Guests are kindly requested to present such documentation without
being asked.
3.7. Passes are valid until the date indicated on the pass and are
non-refundable and non-extendable.
3.8. Admission with passes and external day tickets is subject to the
Facility's capacity and occupancy levels.
4. Use of the Facility
4.1. The Facility is intended for leisure and bathing purposes.
4.2. All services are used at the guest’s own risk.
4.3. Apart from hotel guests, only persons holding a valid wristband may
enter the Facility.
4.4. Wristbands are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for a
single admission only.
4.5. Children under 3 years of age are admitted free of charge.
4.6. Children under 6 years of age may use the pools only under parental
supervision.
4.7. Children under 14 years of age may remain on the premises only
under the continuous supervision of a parent or responsible adult.
4.8. Parents and accompanying adults bear full responsibility for
children using the Facility, especially the pools and water slides.
4.9. All water slides are used at the user’s own risk.
4.10. Children's pools may be used by children up to 12 years of age,
subject to the supervision requirements set out in Clause 4.7.
4.11. Swimwear is mandatory in all pools.
4.12. Children who are not toilet trained must wear waterproof swim
diapers.
4.13. Diaper changing may only take place in the designated changing
facilities.
4.14. Adults may use children's pools solely for supervising children up
to 6 years of age.
4.15. Non-swimmers may not use the deep-water pool (water depth:
1.65–1.70 metres).
5. Sauna and Thermal Pools
5.1. Sauna use is recommended only for healthy guests aged 14 years and
over.
5.2. Sauna facilities may only be used in accordance with the sauna
rules displayed in the sauna area.
5.3. In accordance with applicable Hungarian regulations, relaxation
thermal pools may only be used by guests aged 14 years and over.
5.4. Guests must observe the recommended bathing time limits.
5.5. Jumping, ball games, and splashing are prohibited in thermal pools.
5.6. Facility staff monitor pool occupancy limits and guests must comply
with all related instructions.
6. Valuables and Liability
6.1. Valuables should be deposited in the safe at reception for a fee of
HUF 1,000.
6.2. The Facility accepts responsibility only for valuables deposited in
the designated safe, up to a maximum value of HUF 150,000.
6.3. Changing rooms are used at guests’ own risk.
6.4. Vesta Hotel Ltd. accepts no responsibility for unattended
belongings left in changing rooms or elsewhere on the premises.
6.5. Guests are requested not to leave personal belongings unattended
and to take appropriate care of their valuables.
6.6. Any act of vandalism, theft, or attempted theft will result in a
report being filed with the police.
6.7. Lost property should be handed in at reception.
6.8. Found items will be registered and may be collected by their
verified owner at reception.
7. Health and Hygiene Requirements
7.1. Persons suffering from fever, infectious diseases, skin diseases,
open wounds, injuries, intoxication, or under the influence of drugs or
intoxicating medication may not enter or remain on the premises.
7.2. Persons wearing unclean clothing or displaying poor personal
hygiene may also be refused entry.
7.3. Compliance with public health and hygiene regulations is mandatory.
7.4. A shower and footbath must be used before entering any pool.
7.5. Men must wear swim trunks and women must wear a bikini or one-piece
swimsuit.
7.6. The use of pools while wearing street clothes or underwear is
prohibited.
7.7. From the age of 7 years, entry into changing rooms and showers
designated for the opposite sex is prohibited.
8. Temporary Closures and Weather Conditions
8.1. Management may temporarily suspend the use of outdoor pools during
adverse weather conditions, including lightning or strong winds.
8.2. No compensation shall be payable in such circumstances.
8.3. Pools, slides, or other facilities may be temporarily closed for
technical or operational reasons.
8.4. Such closures will be indicated by barriers, warning signs, and
pictograms.
8.5. Entering restricted areas or using closed facilities is strictly
prohibited.
8.6. Guests disregarding warning notices do so entirely at their own
risk and assume responsibility for any resulting damage or injury.
9. Conduct and Safety Rules
9.1. Ball games may only be played in designated areas.
9.2. Any activity endangering the safety of oneself or others is
prohibited.
9.3. Behaviour disturbing other guests' relaxation is prohibited.
9.4. Guests must use designated walkways and staircases.
9.5. Guests must exercise due care to avoid slipping, tripping,
collisions, or other accidents.
9.6. All instructions issued by Facility staff and security personnel
must be followed.
9.7. Fragile objects may not be brought into pools.
9.8. Eating, using toiletries, or contaminating pool water is
prohibited.
9.9. Entering pools with sandy or oily skin is prohibited.
9.10. Diving into pools from the side or after a running start is
prohibited.
10. Prohibited Activities
10.1. The consumption of illegal drugs is prohibited.
10.2. Littering is prohibited.
10.3. Lighting fires is prohibited.
10.4. Bringing vehicles, animals, dangerous objects, roller skates, or
skateboards onto the premises is prohibited.
10.5. Creating panic or disturbance is prohibited.
10.6. Behaviour contrary to public order or public morals is prohibited.
10.7. Smoking is prohibited except in designated smoking areas.
10.8. Waste must be disposed of in designated bins.
10.9. Water from garden irrigation taps is non-potable and must not be
consumed.
11. Photography and CCTV
11.1. By purchasing an admission ticket, guests consent to the
Facility’s occasional use of photographs and recordings taken on the
premises for advertising and promotional purposes.
11.2. By purchasing an admission ticket, guests acknowledge that a CCTV
security camera system operates throughout the Facility.
11.3. Appropriate signage is displayed to inform guests of such
surveillance.

City Tax
In accordance with the applicable local regulations of Tápiószecső, our guests are required to pay a tourist tax.
The following persons are exempt from paying the tourist tax:
Individuals under the age of 18;
Owners or tenants of holiday properties located within the administrative area of Tápiószecső;
Employees of companies registered or operating in Tápiószecső who are staying in the town for work-related purposes.
To ensure accurate billing, please declare your eligibility for tourist tax exemption at check-in.

Our thermal pools are supplied from a local thermal well rich in natural minerals.

Although not officially classified as medicinal water, it offers similar beneficial effects.
